Rajania cordata is not found to be commonly grown or naturally occurring in Qatar. However, if it were to be cultivated as an ornamental plant there, it would likely thrive in well-drained soil and partial shade. As a rare and unusual species, its introduction to Qatar's arid climate might require specialized care, including protection from extreme temperatures and adequate watering.
In general, Rajania cordata is known for its heart-shaped leaves and potentially attractive appearance, which could make it a unique addition to gardens in regions with suitable conditions. If grown in Qatar, it would likely be found in controlled environments such as greenhouses or carefully managed garden plots designed to mimic its preferred habitat.
Observations of the plant Rajania cordata in Qatar reveal large heart-shaped leaves, as seen on December 1, 2015, near United Nations Street in Onaiza area, Doha. The leaves were a notable feature of the plant. Later, on May 22, 2016, the plant was observed to be in bloom, with flowers present. A close-up view of the flowers was also taken, showing their details. The plant was found growing near United Nations Street in Onaiza area, Doha, Qatar, and was observed on two separate occasions, once in December 2015 and again in May 2016. However, there is some uncertainty about the identity of the plant, with Dioscorea vine also being considered as a possible identification.
